The wine is composed of individual and outstanding parcels of grapes which have been selected to produce this Shiraz.  Aged for 2 years in French adn American oak barrels prior to bottling, the wine displys fennel, aniseed and meaty gamey aromas and a concentration of Shiraz fruit reflecting the smaller yields of the vintage.

Geoff cellars his Reserve wines for a minimum of 5 years before release. All that time in bottle allows flavours to harmonise and complexity to deepen further. The result is a truly outstanding wine. Thanks Geoff!
