Canapi Shiraz 2010

In Sicily the history of seafaring and winemaking has been intertwinned together for centuries.  The "Canapi" sailing rope reflects the rich culture.  The shiraz grapes ripen to their full potential in the warm, long summers in Sicily.  The results of this show in warming, full flavoured wine with a hint of pepper on the finish.  Excellent with red meats and rich pasta sauces.
