The Pavillion Shiraz Cabernet 2009

This light easy drinking red wine, is a blend of 55% Shiraz and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon.  It gives ripe plum and juicy blackcurrant flavours.  Matured for 6 months in large oak vats, this is an easy drinking style for all occasions.
