The Pavillion Shiraz Viognier 2010

A blend of 90% Shiraz and 10% Viognier, a seductive blend characterised by pronounced and sumptuous dark red fruits.  On the nose hints of spice followed by classic peppery notes and on the plalate the Viognier lends a touch of floral perfume to the wine.  Long and rounded finish.  enjoy with tomato based sauces and meat dishes and is particulary good with venison.
