Chase Single Estate English Apple Gin

Described as the world's most complicated gin, why - it is a relatively unknown fact that gin is made from vodka.  Unlike all other gins, we start by distilling our own cider into our "naked" apple vodka, and then distil for a fourth  time in our "bespoke" little copper carter head gin still to infuse juniper, coriander, angelica root, angelica seed, liquorice, orrice, orange, lemon, hops, elderflower and finally fresh bramley apple.
