Tabali Reserva Viognier 2011

The grapes are pressed as whole bunches and the must is then decanted at a low termperature for 12 hours prior to being transferred to a stainless steel vat. The resulting wine is floral, fruity and very attractive, with flavours of ripe red apples and nectarines. Totally unoaked - a fresh beautifully textured wine.
