1489 Chianti Colli Senesi Riserva 2007

Since 1489 the Baroncini family have owned land around the region of Sao Gimignano and throughout Tuscany. For generations the families have grown grapes and created wines of great provenance from the rich and fertile lands in the heart of Tuscany. This wine was produced from the Sangiovese grapes harvested from vinyeards in the Siena hills. A deep ruby red in colour, with aromas of wild cherries and spice. The palate is soft and juicy with wild berry flavours and a tangy finish. Perfect with roasted red meats - serve at room temperature.
