Araldica Barolo 2007

Made from the noble Italian grape variety Nebbiolo which is grown on the hills surrounding the town of Barolo in the south Piedmonte. The wine is aged for 3 years in oak casks, and develops a light red colour with hints of burnt orange. The nose is complex and spicy, full bodied on the palate with sweet tannins and a dry finish. A great wine to drink with game dishes and mature cheeses.
