Peregrine Pinot Noir 2008

From the Central Otago which is on the south island, near Queenstown. The vineyards are nestled in the moutains and lakes of the region. An elegantly produced Pinot Noir with classic varietal characters of ripe black cherries, dried spice and rich velvet tannins. Matured in French oak barrels for just over 10 months you can cellar this further and allow the complexities of this wine to develop over time.
