Turkey Flat Butchers Block Marsanne Viognier Rousanne 2009

The butchers block used by the family firm still stands in the building that is now the Turkey Flat wine sales office. This wine comes from the Stonewell and Bethany regions of the Barossa Valley, and is a blend Marsanne, Viognier and Roussane. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels, this wine shows all the distinctive and complex qualities of the three grape varieties.
