Pisano belongs to a small group of family vigerons with an artisan tradition of producing wines that reflect the character of the land and the people who make them. The story of Pisano began in 1870 with the arrival of Don Franceso Pisano from Italy, the great grandfather of todays generation of Pisano's. Continuing with the grandfather, Don Cesare and then father Cesar, they set high standards - that are strictly adhered to to this day. Currently run by three brothers Daniel, Eduardo and Gustavo they produce one of the most presitgious selections of wines that Uruguay has to offer.
