
This wine has been a great classic at Domaine de Pellehaut since 1996. 30% of this wine is fermented, with natural wild yeast, in new small oak barrels and the balance in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to keep the character of the variety. It is aged for six months on its lees. The wine is a beautiful clear colour with expressive aromas of white flowers and vanilla, a delicate palate, serve chilled as an apertif or with white meat, fish and with goats cheese.
